Luxury flat on Salinas beach

Spacious, bright family flat 100 m from Salinas beach, with views of the dunes and an enclosed shared garden.

The flat is spacious, bright and fully equipped – just 100 metres from the beach, with views of the dunes. Perfect for families: room for up to 6 people, a cot and an enclosed shared garden where children can play safely.

The heart of the home is the living and dining room of over 40 m² with an open luxury kitchen, including a wine fridge, teppanyaki plate and espresso machine. There are three bedrooms, one of them a suite with its own bathroom, and two full bathrooms.

From the garden you reach the beach without crossing a road. Right opposite is a sports centre with tennis, padel, a pool and a gym, and Avilés, with its old town and the Centro Niemeyer, is 4 km away.
